How does ShareFreeze service work?

Your customer places an order and pays as usual. He chooses ShareFreeze delivery option and indicates the most convenient locker location.

Upon receiving of purchase order you connect to the ShareFreeze platform and reserve necessary number of compartments, indicating temperature necessary for the ordered products: ambient, chilled or frozen.
Integration with ShareFreeze program using API is also possible upon request.

You deliver your customer’s order to the ShareFreeze locker and put it into the reserved compartment(s).

Delivery confirmation message including pick up code is sent to the customer automatically.

Your customer collects his order at a time of his convenience. Upon arrival to the ShareFreeze locker, he opens the compartment where his products are placed by entering pick up code in the touchscreen, picks up his order and goes on with his business.
Pricing
3.99 Eur/24 hours
Payment is based on actually used amount of the service. Each month an invoice is issued for the services provided last month.
